Export client notes as a CSV file
In an album's Selections tab, open a client's selection and click Export notes to download every photo name with the client's note beside it. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or send it to your editor.

Design your client gallery
Choose from 20 cover designs, set the gallery background to any colour (warm ivory, white, or your own), and pick an accent colour and title font. Open an album, go to Settings, then Gallery design. Each cover also has a phone layout for the web and the PixoProof app.

Your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Write your studio's terms and privacy policy in Settings. Clients find them in the footer of every gallery and at yourstudio.pixoproof.com/terms and /privacy.

Delete several clients at once
Tick the clients you no longer need on the Clients page and delete them together.

Free plan: sign in at least once every 30 days
Free accounts with no sign-in for 30 days are now closed and permanently deleted, along with their galleries. We email you a reminder at 20 and 25 days, and signing in once resets the clock. Paid plans are not affected.

Pick a cover photo from your computer and frame it separately for desktop and phone, so the gallery opens the way you want on every screen.
